How Our Lumber Recycling Program Works
1. Submit Your Lumber Details
Let us know what types and quantities of Lumber you need to recycle. We accept various sizes and conditions, including broken or scrap Lumber.
2. Schedule a Pickup or Drop-Off
For large quantities, we offer bulk Lumber pickup in select areas. If you prefer, you can also deliver Lumber to one of our partner facilities.
3. Responsible Processing
We evaluate Lumber for reuse, repair, or recycling. Usable Lumber are refurbished, while damaged Lumber are broken down into recyclable materials.
4. Contribute to Sustainability

What Types of Lumber Can Be Recycled?
We accept a variety of Lumber types, including:
Softwood Lumber - Pine, spruce, cedar, fir
Hardwood Lumber - Oak, maple, walnut, cherry, beech
Types of Lumber by Processing
Rough Lumber - Minimal processing, uneven edges
Dimensional Lumber - Standard sizes with straight edges
Surfaced Lumber - Smooth surface after additional processing
Classification by Moisture Content
Kiln-dried Lumber - 6-12% moisture content
Green Lumber - Over 19% moisture content
Quality Grades
Lumber is classified by quality grades determined by the quantity and nature of defects:
