We begin by asking for pictures and SDS or MSDS info of the totes. Once we have the information, we will provide a quote and arrange for pickup. The totes are then cleaned, processed, and recycled into new products.

The totes should be RCRA empty (less than 1 inch of product or 3% of the total volume). If your company rinsed the IBC Totes, that should be done as well but is not 100% needed. After that, they should be staged and ready for pickup. We will take care of the rest.

Yes, after the first pickup, we can schedule regular pickups for your IBC Totes. All you need to do is let us know when you are ready for another pickup and we will take care of the rest.

For companies with large quantities of IBC Totes, we can provide a free drop trailer service. We will come drop off a 53-foot trailer and swap it out whenever it is full. This is a convenient option for businesses that generate a high volume of totes.

No, we do not pick up single totes. If you have less than 10 totes, you can drop them off at our facility.

We do require a minimum of 30 totes for a free pickup, although we prefer to pick up full truckloads of 60 totes at a time.

No, we do not charge for IBC Tote recycling. We will even pay you for your totes if they are in good condition. The only time you will be charged is if you send totes that are not empty or are different from the totes you submitted pictures of.

Yes, IBC Totes need to be RCRA empty before recycling. This means that they need to have less than 1 inch of product or 3% of the total volume left in the tote. This is very important as we legally cannot accept totes that are not empty and they will be sent back to you. You will also be charged the full freight cost for the return.
