How Our Plastic Crates Recycling Program Works

1. Submit Your Plastic Crates Details

Let us know what types and quantities of Plastic Crates you need to recycle. We accept various sizes and conditions, including broken or scrap Plastic Crates.

2. Schedule a Pickup or Drop-Off

For large quantities, we offer bulk Plastic Crates pickup in select areas. If you prefer, you can also deliver Plastic Crates to one of our partner facilities.

3. Responsible Processing

We evaluate Plastic Crates for reuse, repair, or recycling. Usable Plastic Crates are refurbished, while damaged Plastic Crates are broken down into recyclable materials.

We accept a variety of Plastic Crates types, including:

Polypropylene (PP) has high chemical resistance and withstands temperatures from -20°C to +120°C.

High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is characterized by impact and frost resistance.

Low density polyethylene (LDPE) is more flexible and lightweight.

Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) has high stiffness and impact resistance.

Polycarbonate (PC) is transparent and has high strength.

In the U.S., the following typical sizes are commonly found in the plastic crate market:

Small dimensions:

12×8×6 inches. 16×12×6 inches 18×12×9 inches

Medium sizes:

18×13×12 inches. 20×15×12 inches 24×16×8 inches.

Large sizes:

24×16×12 inches. 24×20×12 inches 28×20×15 inches.

Industrial/warehouse sizes:

32×24×15 in. 32×24×24×20 inches 36×24×24×20 inches 48×40×30 inches - used for pallet systems

Eurobox's standardized Nestable/Stackable dimensions are also widely used:

23.6×15.7×8.3 in. 23.6×15.7×12.6 in.
