Yes! When scheduling a pickup, select "Make this recurring" and choose your frequency: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You can set specific days of the week and time preferences. Recurring pickups appear on your calendar automatically and can be paused or cancelled at any time.

We offer morning (8am-12pm), afternoon (12pm-4pm), and late afternoon (4pm-7pm) windows. Availability varies by location and day. Pro and Enterprise accounts can request specific appointment times for an additional coordination fee.

Log into your dashboard and click "Update Pickup" to add materials before the scheduled date. If quantities exceed your original estimate by more than 25%, we may need to send a larger truck or schedule a follow-up pickup.
