For pallets: Grade A = no broken boards, minimal staining, full structural integrity. Grade B = 1-2 repaired boards, light wear. Grade C = multiple repairs, heavy wear but functional. For IBC totes: Grade A = clean, no cracks, valve intact. Grade B = light staining, cosmetic marks. Grade C = needs washing, minor repairs. For drums: Grade A = no dents, clean interior. Grade B = minor dents, light residue. Grade C = cosmetic damage, needs cleaning.

When do I receive my rebate payments?

Rebates are processed within 7-14 days of pickup completion. You can choose weekly or monthly payout schedules. Payments are made via direct deposit (ACH) to your linked bank account. Pro and Enterprise accounts can request expedited 3-day payments.

You can dispute any assessment within 48 hours of receiving the grading report. Submit photos and a description via your dashboard. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days. If the grade is adjusted, your rebate amount is updated automatically.

Yes! Download detailed rebate statements from your dashboard showing: pickup date, material types, quantities, grades, unit rates, and total rebates. Statements are available in PDF and CSV formats. Annual summaries are generated automatically for tax purposes.

Question 8

What happens to materials that don't qualify for rebates?

Accepted Answer

Materials graded below C (Grade D) are considered scrap and may incur disposal fees. We'll notify you before processing any fees. You can request return of Grade D materials if you prefer to handle disposal yourself. Disposal fees are transparently listed in your account settings.
