Two things exist on Repackify: people, who sign in, and companies, which own listings, quotes and orders. Everything you can do in the dashboard follows from which company you belong to and what that company has done on the platform.
Signing in
- Sign in and Sign up use the same hosted sign-in; email and password or a one-time code by email.
- A seller who listed from the sell page gets their account when they open the one-time link in the confirmation email; the listing is claimed at the same time.
- Signing in from a link to a page that needs an account returns you to that page. A sign-in that started anywhere else lands on the dashboard.
- Signing in from a quote email claims that quote for the company of whoever signs in, not only the address it was sent to. Treat the link as the credential: do not forward a quote email, and open it from the account that should own the quote.
Companies
Company membership is the boundary: a member sees the company’s orders, quotes, listings and billing, and nothing of any other company’s. Buyer and seller are not roles a person holds; they are sides of a transaction, and one company can be on both.

Every buying or selling company sees both Buy and Sell, because any company can do both; only Analytics waits until the company sells. A buying company starts selling from Sell → Add a listing; saving its first listing sets it up to sell. Settings, AI assistant and Help sit at the bottom of the sidebar, and Feedback is in the top bar. The Ask AI in the top bar opens the assistant beside any page, and a search offers Ask AI for what you typed.
Where things live
- Orders: the one list of every request, quote and order, buyer or seller side.
- Quotes, under Orders: every quote Repackify sent your company, with the open ones first. The badge counts the quotes waiting on you.
- Schedule, under Orders: every dated delivery, and Plan deliveries for buyers to set the dates and quantities they need as one order, or as a schedule where you confirm each delivery before it ships.
- Buyer requests, under Sell: requests from buyers near a seller. A buyer's own requests are in Orders.
- Personal settings and Company settings, from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar or your avatar in the top bar: your profile, security, notifications and privacy; the company profile, team, locations and documents; your plan, payment methods and, for buyers, Payment terms, where you see your terms or apply (the company's owner or billing admin submits the application); and price data API keys. Payment methods need a company owner, admin or accounting role.
- Appearance: the light/dark switch in the top bar switches between light and dark in one click, and the account menu also offers Match my device. On a phone, tap your avatar and choose Light, Dark or Auto under Appearance. Your choice is saved in this browser, so another computer keeps its own.
